Description

As a company ambassador, the Project Manager must oversee the realization of projects while keeping the different parties involved and informed. He.she will have to ensure the taking of information based on the real needs of the customer and provide a quality and efficient service. He.she will have to put in place the strategic logistics planning required to complete a solution that is often multi-level.

  • Assist clients in determining all of their service and equipment needs;
  • Ensure the collection of all the information necessary for the realization of the project;
  • Be able to quickly target the various logistical issues of a client and issue a sustainable solution;
  • Plan, carry out, control and close transport logistics projects;
  • Advise and inform sales and customers about the different services and options available;
  • Ensure that objectives and deadlines are respected according to their importance;
  • Negotiate the prices of the various stakeholders;
  • Stay informed of market issues and trends in this area of expertise;
  • Ensure that client requirements are met in the service offering;
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with the various service providers;
  • Ensure the quality of the work and customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinate all subcontracting partners;
  • Implementation of the complete process at the operational level and be able to make the handover to the Team;
  • All other related tasks.
