Synergie member since October 2016, Miryam Blouin is Logistics Coordinator in the Air Division. With more than 25 years in the industry, she has mainly worked in air transportation, a field in which adaptability and accuracy are key.

Q: Progress in the company - first position to that of Logistics Coordinator.

A: I started in the airline business in 1996. I worked for the same company until closing in 2014, then joined Synergie Canada in 2016. I have always been in the import air cargo division and I have also worked temporarily in the export and ocean departments. I must admit that I prefer air import!

Q: Role description: responsibilities, challenges.

A: Ensure that everything is done on time, while maintaining good customer service, despite the pitfalls encountered throughout the process.

Q: Tell us about being in the Air Division for a transportation logistics company in three words.

A: Possibility, efficiency, quickness

A: A company with an excellent working environment and where you can acquire a great deal of knowledge in the fields of import, export or OTR (Over the Road).

A: I wish for the company to continue to grow and offer as many services as possible for customers, regardless of their demand.
