Q: Progress in the company.

A: Upon joining the company, my first assignment was as a Dispatcher in the Over the Road Operations Division. By 2018, I was assigned to manage some strategic accounts of the company. As of November 2020, I was invited to be part of the Mexico Division, which is dedicated to the handling of shipments from or to Mexico passing through the United States and/or Canada, and the operations have been growing ever since.

A: Receive, analyze, and understand customer requests in order to provide the right solution to exceed their expectations.
