We are proud to announce the acquisition of Phoenix-Bathurst Freight Inc. as of April 30, 2021. Phoenix-Bathurst Freight Inc., who has been operating for more than 25 years, is a Blainville-based international transportation logistics company which specializes in ocean and air import.

This acquisition allows us to significantly increase our purchasing power, solidify merchandise consolidation services in Asia, and will therefore enhance Synergie Canada's position in international markets.
