Synergie will take part in Jesse's Journey - Run to defeat Duchenne
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a severe type of muscular dystrophy that primarily affects boys. Muscle weakness usually begins around the age of four, and worsens quickly. The Walk to Defeat Duchenne will take place on May 30 to raise awareness and funds for research and support to the families. Sebastien, Synergie's Corporate VP, will participate in support to our colleague, who's son was diagnosed DMD at the age of 3, by running 6.4 km every 4 hours, for a total of 48 hours.
