Job Description:
Your role as an Internal Account Manager is essential to our company's growth. You will be the first point of contact for our potential and existing clients, guiding them through our range of services such as road, maritime, air transportation, and more, converting them into satisfied customers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop a commercial clientele:
- Prospect for new clients and agents by phone, email, and other online channels.
- Qualify potential clients and identify sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Develop a relationship with your clients:
- Provide personalized and regular follow-up to clients.
- Manage inquiries and claims.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Administrative follow-up:
- Update sales tracking tools and produce regular activity reports in our CRM (Salesforce).

Permanent position 40 hours per week
2 days of telework per week, including Friday

The profile we are looking for in our future Account Manager is:
- Possess commercial skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose adapted solutions.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry (an asset)
- Use different sales techniques:
- Mastery of telephone and online sales techniques.
- Experience in managing sales prospecting.
- Master different IT tools:
- Good command of IT tools (CRM Salesforce, Office Suite-Gmail).
You must possess these skills:
- Be results-oriented: You are motivated by achieving sales targets.
- Be organized: You are able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Be agile: Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- Build trust: Demonstrate honesty, transparency, and fairness
- Be bilingual, spoken and written
- Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development
- Knowledge of the transportation industry an asset
- Degree in international business, sales, management, or other relevant experience an asset
